RINGANA Campus

Next-level working at the new headquarters

The open-plan, bright and sustainable design of our new headquarters makes it highly attractive. A conscious decision was made to build the new premises in our home region and, naturally enough, climate-friendly construction and integration into nature were top priorities. This new-build enables highly automated fresh production geared to a daily capacity of up to 30,000 kg.

Sustainability is one of our core values and that’s also obvious when you look at our energy supply: our photovoltaic plant has output of 1200 kWp, making it the biggest of its kind in Styria. Our energy requirement is covered entirely by green electricity, more than half of which is generated by our own photovoltaic plant. Our heat pumps obtain renewable energy from the ground. To do this, 161 energy bores were each sunk 120 metres into the ground. We use this system to heat our Campus in winter and – brilliantly – to cool it in summer.  Active air-conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature. State-of-the-art cooling sails that give off both heat and cooling energy help us out when temperatures are high or low. In addition, greened roofs with an area of 16,000 square metres help to reduce the building’s cooling requirement, and retain rainwater.

# Veggie Break

Our building embodies our RE*THINK philosophy, both indoors and outside. The new headquarters is surrounded by orchards with 60 different fruit trees. This offers a number of advantages: the tasty fruit that we’ll be harvesting in future can be used in our state-of-the-art new canteen – ring(lunch) – and then eaten by the RINGANA Crew. That’s right! RINGANA is also offering its employees a free vegetarian canteen at the new premises. Fresh, healthy food is cooked here sustainably every day. The menu features lots of delicious, regional, vegetable-based, Styrian dishes.

# Modern Workspace

The open-plan offices are designed in such a way that there is space to retreat, as well as room for communicative work phases. Light oak, exposed concrete, natural materials and plants. Everything is airy and bright with clean lines. At the new Campus we have open-plan office spaces, as well as lots of meeting and retreat rooms, along with creative corners, focus boxes and brainstorming zones. Black and white are the main colours. The splashes of colour are the employees themselves. Relaxed workflows are ensured by ergonomic desk workspaces. In the kitchenettes, boiling, ice-cold and sparkling water are all available on tap.

# Mobility

Those coming to work by bike can make use of the 60 covered bicycle parking spaces directly in front of the main entrance. This area also contains 20 e-parking spaces, 7 spaces for disabled drivers and a further 66 parking spaces for guests and visitors. We have also acquired a small but beautiful e-bike fleet of 4 bicycles (and growing), that our employees can use for work or recreational purposes.

# Bar & Shop

The ring(bar) – our in-house café that’s also open to the public – is proving highly popular. Refreshing drinks, delicious regional food and the laid-back atmosphere make it the go-to place for lots of guests. Placed orders can be collected in person at our ring(shop).

We also offer “special packages” for your Fresh Dates at the ring(bar) and in our two spacious (ring)rooms, which offer you the perfect setting for your business meetings. To get details of availability and packages, please contact us at catering@sofresh-touristik.com.

#Guided Tours

Our “glass factory” symbolises our company’s transparency. It is important to us to convey this transparency to the wider world and to really put it into practice. That’s why during our RUN5 and RUN7 Summits, RINGANA Partners are able to familiarise themselves with RINGANA Campus life through a guided tour of the factory and our various workshops.

In addition, we arrange guided tours on special occasions such as press trips so that outsiders can also learn more. The elevated walkway at our RINGANA Campus allows viewers to see our production line, which is why we call it our “glass factory”.
