The ideal breakfast idea & perfect after sport


  • 1cup frozen red berries
  • 50 g sliced beetroot
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • some grated coconut
  • 1 PACK energy


You know from experience how nice it can be to just once have a long, leisurely breakfast.
