Holiday! Finally you’ve got some time to wind down; to offload stress and leave daily life behind you. Because with all your To Do’s, you’ve hardly got time to take a breath. That’s why your holiday should be a chance for you to forget your routines, and get rid of stress hormones like cortisol that can weaken your immune system. Just press the reset button and get your balance back in 7 days with our self-care tips that you can use at home or while you’re away.

 

Day 1: Home SPA

On your “pampering day”, focus entirely on yourself and your body. Take a long, leisurely bath. Exfoliate to remove old skin cells and boost your skin’s regeneration. Day 6: Me-time with stretching & yoga
