Pop-up message if customer e-mail addresses are missing

To ensure that e-invoices are sent correctly, save the e-mail addresses of all your customers now

 

As already announced, in the interests of sustainability, invoices will be sent exclusively by e-mail as PDF documents in future. So that we can do this, your customers’ e-mail addresses need to be saved correctly.

To help you if e-mail addresses aren’t registered, you will now see a pop-up window on www.ringana.com, showing you that customer e-mail addresses are missing. As soon as you put an item into the shopping basket for a customer whose e-mail address is not registered, a pop-up window will give you an automatic reminder.

Enter the customer’s e-mail address directly in the field in the pop-up window. Your customer will then receive an e-mail asking them to confirm their personal data. No future orders for that customer can be made unless their e-mail address is on file.

This is also a good opportunity to remind your customers about the RINGANA Newsletter which will keep them up-to-the-minute with regard to ongoing promotions and RINGANA news.
