Transparency is important to us. That’s why you can see the entry rules here for competitions that are organised through our RINGANA pages on Facebook and Instagram.

Competitions on Facebook and Instagram

# Our competitions are not connected with Facebook or Instagram and are not sponsored, supported or organised in any way by Facebook or Instagram.

# Only natural persons of full legal age are eligible to enter. Only one competition entry per person. Entry is only possible via Facebook/Instagram. The use of third-party automated competition entry services is prohibited. The judge’s decision is final.

# The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any alternative item.

# RINGANA reserves the right to exclude a competitor from the draw if it suspects technical manipulation.

Notification of winners

# Winners will be notified via the comments function in the Facebook/Instagram post.

# Winners must send their contact and address details by e-mail to within 7 working days (from notification of the win). Where winners fail to claim their prize within this period, their right to the prize shall be forfeit. Winners are not obliged to accept the prize.

# Entrants agree to this type of notification and publication.


Data protection

Participation in the competition requires that entrants provide truthful personal data. By entering the competition they agree that in the event of a win, RINGANA may use their contact details to contact them. By entering, competitors explicitly and revocably agree that RINGANA GmbH may store the necessary competition data and subsequently use it for marketing purposes.

Entrants are free at any time to revoke their consent to such storage and use by sending an e-mail to , whereby they withdraw from the competition. Data will not be transferred for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

RINGANA GmbH reserves the right to alter these Competition Entry Rules at any time without notice.
