The new Online Office for RINGANA Fresh Partners has been available to you for some weeks*. By integrating all information and functions that you need for your activity as a RINGANA Fresh Partner, we are creating a central platform on www.ringana.com which means a clearer overview and greater user-friendliness.
To make it easier for you to make the switch, we have put together a tutorial that gives you an overview of the new menu navigation. Once you have logged in to www.ringana.com, you will find the PDF in Corporate/Business/Downloads “ringana.com (Tutorial) – EN”.
Many functions are already fully available, some are still being adjusted during the switchover phase.
At the moment, we are working on the following functions:
- filters for news articles in Partner and customer news
- clear display of the Summit detail pages incl. detailed rankings
- initiating the takeover of a customer directly when they are being input as a new customer (once customer protection has expired)
- sending an e-mail to customers with a link to the online Partner application (“Propose as Partner”)
- tracking delivery status of orders
- redevelopment of article statistics
Because of the current provisions of the GDPR, two functions will no longer be available in future:
- Remarks in the customer supplementary sheet
- Sending messages to customers and Partners
*The existing Online Office on www.ringana.net will continue to be operated in parallel until all planned functions have been fully integrated on www.ringana.com. We will notify you in good time as to when the operation of www.ringana.net will be discontinued.
